Skopje, 16.10.2023 ‒ The Institute for Good Governance and Policies in the Environment and Climate Change Skopje (IPECC) as part of the action “Enhancing Good Governance in Environment and Climate Change”, completed the first draft of the Report on the desk research about the current state with the good governance in the environment and climate change sector in North Macedonia.
The action implementation is funded by the European Union, through the EU Civil Resilience Mechanism as part of the in-kind support Contract signed with the EU funded Project “Technical Assistance for improving the enabling environment for civil society organizations in the Republic of North Macedonia”.
As part of the Desk research, questionnaires for the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning (MOEPP) and Municipalities are developed and shared for further processing. Information’s collected through the questionnaires will be further used for finalization of the Report on the current state with the good governance in the environment and climate change sector in North Macedonia.
Following up the questionnaires delivered, interviews with the relevant departments of the MOEPP are scheduled for the week starting from 06.11.2023.
